Chuck Eaton was unanimously endorsed by the Georgia RLC Endorsements Committee in July of 2006 as a leading advocate of individual rights, limited government, and private enterprise.
He has signed our Liberty Compact, pledging to 'restore liberty, not restrict it; shrink government, not expand it; reduce taxes, not raise them; abolish programs, not create them'.
We believe Mr. Eaton will be a strong defender of liberty as Georgia Public Service Commission. He won a December runoff election with 52.4% of the vote.
Chuck is an RLC member.
