The
Seventh BiAnnual RLC National Convention will be held
May 21-23 in Fresno, California.
Delegates will elect officers
and board members, and consider revisions to the
national Bylaws and Statement of Position.
All members of the Republican
Liberty Caucus whose dues are current as of April 21st
are qualified delegates.
Official and informal sessions
will be held at the Holiday Inn, Fresno Airport
beginning the evening of May 21st and concluding the
morning of May 23rd. The national Board postponed the
event from an earlier April date to avoid holiday
conflicts.

Most
flights to the Fresno-Yosemite International (FAT) have
stop-overs in San Francisco or Phoenix.
There is a complimentary
airport shuttle to the hotel. |

participation in official sessions.

Official Business
Republican Liberty
Caucus officers and Board members will be elected. There
are four Officers and five At-Large Board members, as
well as Alternate positions available.
Several minor amendments to the
Bylaws and Rules have been proposed. There are proposed
'whole revisions' and amendments to the RLC 'Statement
of Position'. Members will be advised of the detailed
proposals at least 30 days prior to the Convention.
Proxy and absentee ballots are
not allowed.
