New CaRLC Advisory Board Member!

Assemblyman Howard Kaloogian has requested and been unanimously approved as a
new member of the CaRLC Board of Advisors.
Rep. Kaloogian is a founder of the legislative Liberty Caucus, which brings a
dozen Republican legislators together each week (during session) to review
legislative proposals and strategies.
The three-term 74AD representative from San Diego also publishes an e-newsletter

why a Democrat bill should not be adopted.
